net price automatically become zero and column become gray maintaining RFQ

Hi experts,

I am facing a problem when maintaining RFQ. Net price column is open at the initial start and after I enter t e net price it automatically make it to zero and column become gray. Is this configuration issue or data entry error?

Please advice
