Read comma separated data in a field DATA_RECORD into Internal table

In FM CRM_MKTLIST_C_READ, Export parameter ET_C_DATA has a field DATA_RECORD which has data like 39,,,,,critical val that was read from a CSV file uploaded in the server.

How to read 39,,,,,critical val into an internal table of a certain type structure as per how the CSV file has been created?
