Hi All,

We are in SRM 5.0 extended classic , In our Org structure there are 3 P.Org and total 7 P.Groups are assigned to these P.Org , Now client needs these P.Orgs to be converted into single P.org and have given 12 P.groups which needs to be assigned to this single P.Org.

Can any one tell me please how I can convert the 3 P.Orgs and 7 P.groups in 1 P.org and 12 P.groups , also what precautions i need to take before and after doing this.

If there will be any consequences to previously created PO,contracts and what will be the effect on PO in awiting approval with old Org /Groups.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi All,

we have achieved this by changing the requirement to only creating new P.Groups and not Orgs as it will have an impact on the Old documents.

Changing of names of existing Orgs are OK but not deleting and creating new ones as it has lot of data dependencies.
