trial balance shows totals only

Hi experts

my clients trial balance shows totals only, what could be the issue and how can i fix this.

Hi travelyn,

in the right corner there is a drop down for level.

If it is level one then you will get to see the totals only.

select the highest level and check.

hi Travelyn,

when the Trial Balance Reports is done it display the Totals only, in the upper right corner of your screen you can find the Dropdown list (Please see image)

click the level 5. the details of your Trail Balance should appear.

Hi Travelyn

go to Financial --> financial Reports --> financial --> Trial Balance

untick BP

Tick G/L Accounts

Select 10 from drop down in front of find button

Tick infront of assets , liabilities , revenue and expenditure

specify the posting date range as fiscal year

select trial balance radio button at the bottom screen.

This will show you the detailed trial balance.

Hi,

There are two things which you can check :

1) In the Trial Balance - Selection criteria window > Click on 'Expanded' button and click on 'Clear Sel.' button and run the report to see the result.

2) When in the Trial Balance window - on the top right hand side there is a dropdown of the 'Levels'. Select the maximum and see the results.
