Batch mix in Automated nested packing.

Hi Friends,

We are using automated packing with multi level packing. In first level system not allowing multiple batches, but in second level system creating nested HU where HUs belongs to different batches.

Example:  In first level packing by automatic packing for Material X system  packed first two cartons as C1 and C2 which batch is B1, other two cartons packed  as C3 and C4 which batch is B2.  This is as per instruction POP1. But in second level packing system supposed to generate two HUs for two batches, but generated single HU by containing C1 to C4. Pallet capacity maintained 10(2nd level).

Pl help me to avoid batch mix in second level.

regards

rajendra
