How to check if an SDK add-on is disconnected from the server?



I encountered issue where the SDK add-on is disconnected due to some unknown problems, it can be the unstable connection to the SAP server, wireless LAN down, loose cables, DI API, etc. And since users do not always aware that the SDK has stopped working, they will continue to do tasks as per normal. This leads to an issue where some of the tables are not properly updated.

Please can anyone suggest a workaround? Does SAP has a tool on the server to check which client's add-on's stops working? Please advise.
