Dear Experts,
I am trying to combine 2 sales order into a single delivery. System is not allowing me to do so.
Initially system wasnt allowing because the Adress Indicator were different in both the SO. It was D for 1 order and E for the other one. (D-Address from Master Data, E- Address entered Manually). I entered the address manually in the first SO. Hence now Adress Indicator for both the document is E.
But now the Adress No. (VBPA-ADRNR) is different for both the documents. Hence system is again not allowing to create a single delivery...
Is it possible to create a single delivery in this case. If yes then How..............Please help.
Regards,
AKN

This is due you standard split criteria maintained in copying control(VTFL) for Sales Order to Delivery - Header. So, you might need to modify the copying control routine for the partner. Thus, take help of ABAPer in your team to create routine for the same based on your requirement & existing routine used.
Further, before proceeding for creation of new routine I would suggest you to do a delivery split analysis for the sales order for clear idea on the split parameters.
For your reference & understanding you can refer following SAP Notes:
- Note 546668 - FAQ: Delivery split when creating deliveries
- Note 166397 - Delivery split according to customer field ZUKRL
The best approach is to have a ship-to code for the required address.
Also, the correct address change should be done at Outbound document, not SO level. After you combine the delivery, then change at outbound header partner.
Else, look at below link to create a new program:
