Characteristics of a Production order in APO 3.1

Hi guys,

I am trying to retrieve characteristic values that have been assigned to a APO production order, which has come from R/3 via RFC. (APO 3.1)

I know that the BAPI BAPI_MOSRVAPS_GETLIST, will retrieve the characteristic values for the production order. But, in my scenario, I cannot use this BAPI, because, the order has not been created yet(As far as I have understood, the process of saving characteristics is exclusive to order creation process).

Do you know any way, other than the above BAPI to retrieve APO production order/planned order characteristic application values?
