Customer Account Balance with Customer Name - S_ALR_87012172

Former Member

Dear Sir,

With the help of T-Code S_ALR_87012172 I am removing customer account balances.

I wish to have Customer Name in this report. [Same as that of appearing Long Text in F.08 report for G/L Account balance]

I tried mapping it by modifying layout but it gives G/L Account Long text and not Customer Account name.

My Purpose is to have the following information.

Customer Account No.
Customer Account Name
Customer Account Group
Balance

Is there any another standard report in SAP which can provide me these information.

Please guide.

Regards & Thanks in anticipation

Chirag Shah

Dear Chirag Shah,

I dont think that there is any standard report in which you can get these details for this you have to do

Z program.

Hi Chirag,

Goto report: S_ALR_87012172

click on configure details list layout at the bottom.. change the layout and add name column to it.. save this layout and select it in the output variants.. check the box "Customer's address" in the o/p control.. now execute the report..

this will solve your issue

Dear Nikhil,

I tried modifying layout but I could not get the name of the customer.

May I request you to attach the screen shot of the result please!

Hi,

a) press on 'Configure' button next to layout (Details list) in the bottom of selection screen

b) go to change mode (Menu - Settings - Layout - Change)

c) from the right panel select 'Name 1' field and bring it to the left panel

d) save your layout

e) run the report with 'customer address' flag and with the layout that you've saved

Eli

Dear Chirag Shah

Make use of SAP query as it supports a wide range of optios for defining reports and creating different reports

  1. Info set Query
  2. Quick Viewer
  3. Query

Hi

Better to go for quick viewer (SQVI)

It is easy and user friendly

Chirag,

Try with creating a Query in SQ00

It will sure help you

Use tables KNA1, BSID and BSAD

Else, go for Z Report

Hi,

You can achieve this by ZREPORT development. I dont think, there is a standard report in SAP for your requirement.
