Hi,

1st check condition type for base price/gross price in Purchase Order( may be PB00) and now use t.code: M/06 and go to details of that condition type and keep following "Changes which can be made" segment:
Manual entries  :  D  { Not possible to process manually}

And DO NOT select check boxe "Delete" and save.

Now create Purchase Order , you are not able change price manually and also price picks from inforecord or condition record only.

Ali,

From what you mentioned, the result you are expecing is fix the price for some materials in PO so that it can't be changed. The workable solution will be to create a new document type for the materials and  make the field selection such that price is in display mode.

Hi,

I´m not sure I understand your issue. When you say: " but if we change net price it will change", what does this exactly mean? Does it mean that you change manually the price and press enter that theprice changes back to the one from the info record?

If you´d like to set the price as display, you might do it in the customizing: OLME/purchase order/screen layout.

i think the issue is price can be changed from conditions tab and there are 2 price conditions one automatic entry which may come from info record and other manual condition . if manual condition is removed from the schema this  issue may be solved but create issues for cases where info record cannot be maintained.

Hi Ali

You can not do it in standard SAP. If you want then use user exit or modify authorisation object.

Hi Ali,

Sheduling agrement and value contract both have its own features.

In value contract you have to create PO each time.

In scheduling agreement you have to maintain schedules monthly or weekly.

Scheduling agreement will be considered in MRP run

while contract will not get consider in MRP.

So it depends upon the business requirement what to select.

Thanks,
