Migo error-Deficit of sl unrestricted use of 100 kg

Hi,

I am from FICO background.MM guys please resolve my query.

While posting a MIGO transaction (goods issued to the cost center with movement type 261)system is showing error DEFICIT OF SL UNRESTRICTED USE 100 KG MAT /PLANT /STORAGE LOCATION.

I have checked in mmbe and mb52 where stock of unrestricted use is 100 quantity.

Please guide how to resolve the error in steps.
