Login Falied at sap b1 choose company

Hi... i was created new database by using the siteuser id and password and it was almost took 40 minutes and create the database and i was able to enter access the data from the database(mssql) but the problem is comming at choose company and select and enter the user id and pwd it is not allowing into the company ---> the other company user id and pwd are manager ,man123 and i allready tried manager -manager, manger-1234 it was not worked how can i solve the problem

How did you create the database ?

Are you using SQL server or SAP B1 --> choose company --> New ?

Look at the following picture:

If you use SAP B1 standard definition in creating the new db, the initial password is manager. If not successful, you must check the password in the query analyzer. is it still as same as the existing correct db or not.

The problem can be many. First would be if that database has been successfully created. If yes, you should not do anything to enter access the data from the database(mssql)

Try to recreate a new database. That is the simplest solution.

The new database is not created completely. If it is created correctly, then SAP will ask you to assign a new password for manager user!

If you didn't get the password change dialog box, then it seems a corrupted database only.

Try by creating a new database to cross-check again.
