SAP CRM prices in quotations in ERP and CRM after replication

Former Member

Hallo,

considering the following case: Pricing replication objects like pricing procedures and access sequences have been initially dowloaded from ERP to CRM. Assuming an SAP ERP quotation has been created, priced and has been replicated to CRM. The pricing must not change in CRM - it should only be displayed. Is that possible as condition tables are not available/have not been initially downloaded. In other words: Can that CRM quotation 'display' ERP pricing

Thanks

Hi,

Yes that crm quotation can display erp pricing provided you have downloaded pricing procedures, condition tables and access sequences. You may also have to maintain the pricing procedure determination for the combination of sales area, doc. pp and customer pp in crm.

Hi,

Download conditions from the ECC to CRM to see the same pricing in CRM.

Hope this helps!!!

Hi,

can you explain your scenario? Why don't you simply implement ITS and show ERP quotations from CRM?

Hi,

If Condition table are not downloaded to CRM system then pricing data will not be visible in CRM transaction even through it procedure, Access sequence etc.. are already downloaded to CRM from ECC system.

Hello,

If you are replicating the transactions from ECC to CRM, it becomes mandatory to replicate the same pricing/condition record to see the same prices between the 2 systems(ECC and CRM). mayit be create or display.

If you are using ERP Sales Order functionality then you dont need to replicate the pricing.
