Hi Experts,

After making a flavor of original screen of VA01, the system yields the following backend error in Item Data Screen:

The problem probably occurred after modifying Header Data Screen of same flavor because the screen shot is of Billing Plan tab of Item Data screen but it is showing empty containers of Header Data Screen.

After selecting billing plan tab, if we select any other tab then it through this error.

Kernel and Patch both are updated.

Please guide me for this.

Thanks

Which kernel release and patch level is your system on?

It appears this is a known kernel problem which was corrected in version 745 PL 310. The issue is caused by using tab merging and tab(s) that dynamically appear or disappear, based on document data. There was a bug which prevented the tab merging logic to properly complete the process , resulting in some merged tab elements to not show up.

You will have to patch the kernel to get the problem fixed.

Hi Tamas Hoznek,

Thanks for your reply.

In my previous reply I mistakenly told you wrong patch level. so the right one is 317.

Personas release: 300 and SP-level: 3

Looking ahead for your response.

Thanks

Parul

In this case, I suggest creating an OSS incident with a reproducible example and connections open to your system.
