confusion in accrual and Ac key

what is the purpose of Accrual key and A/c Key. do i need to provide both or single is possible.

pls describe with any example that will help to understand

Hi,

  Account and Acuural key are use if you want to post the amoun tof any condition of PO to different GL account insted of inventory,  and accoun tkey is use only if you are using purchse account managemen tin your system, or else you can use only accural key.
