CRM to ECC Issue


CRM services is facing a typical issue. They have one scenario where at certain point, user need to login to BRP (ITS webGUI) via a link from CRM services page. While clicking on the link, it invokes the login screen for BRP-WEbGUI and it keeps asking for 6-7 times to enter the password and eventually let the user in. This is definitely frustrating for the user.

Any Suggestions? CRM is 7.0 and ECC 6.0. We have tried importing certificate in ECC for CRM but the issue still persists. Also, we tried to replicate the same error with similar configuration but the issue does not pop up there. The issue could be logon groups but we can't lay our finger on the exact solution.
