Weird behaviour of Content Editor when included in custom framework page

Hi everyone,

At a customer's of mine, I have deployed a custom framework page which is based on SAP's light framework page. Furthermore, I have set up several roles containing connections to WPC areas. All roles are shown just perfectly in my own framework page. However, if I assign the "Area Management" role to a user which uses a Desktop containing my own framework page, there are two weird behaviour I cannot quite understand.

First, the user is able to open the Content Editor, but the overview is not shown. Instead, the standard loading animation is shown forever, indicating that something is being loaded. But the overview never apears. In any other framework, the overview is shown immediately.

Second, the user is not able to publish pages. Again, if the Content Editor is loaded in any other framework, publishing works just fine.

Has anyone faced similiar problems? I would appreciate it very much if anybody could give a clue about this.

Thanks in advance,
Walter
