error at installing "copy express"

I am trying to install the copy express it is try to install and at the end of the movement it is showing the

1628:Failed to complete installation

"actually no copy express file in my addon folder but i copy from the another system(that system copy express successfully installed and working) so i paste the folder in my sap->sapb1->addons folder and then go to the add on manager in sap b1 administration module. but still it is showing the same message how can i solve the problem.
