Manual conditions disappear

Hi

My client created sales with 2 manual conditions type ZCVF & ZXSD and created delivery. After creation of delivery client went to the sales order change mode and changed the incoterms Mumbai to Delhi and updated .After that manual condition types ZCVF & ZXSD is disappeared and system asking to maintain manual conditions type.

My client requirement is when he makes any changes in header level and updated ,manual condition types should not be disappear and system should not ask to maintain again.

Hello Deb,

whenever you change the inco term they generally have an impact on pricing as they are directly related to freight calculation and system perform as per its std behavior. If you want that the manual conditions should not be disappeared then make sure that your incoterms should not have any impact on any kind of pricing let it be freight or basic prices. You can ask your developer to check and disconnect the price update from incoterm. This will for sure will resolve the problem.
