BW system upgrade from SPS21 to EHP2 SPS 09

Hi All,

We have upgraded our test BW systems from SPS21 to EHP2 SPS 09 [Only ABAP stack]

We need to now upgrade our BI_CONT from

BI_CONT 704 0011 SAPK-70411INBICONT Business Intelligence Content

TO

BI_CONT 706 0002 SAPK-70602INBICONT Business Intelligence Content

Let me know the process to do this? Is it ok if we do it from SPAM directly instead of the regular process of getting it from STACK XML?
