Collection Renderer deploy cause KM startup Error

Hi all,

I'm facing with the following problem under EP6 NW04 SP11.

When I'm deploying a par file that contains a custom collection renderer that I suppose it is error free I'm getting an error with the KM and the portal is no longer usable till I remove the component from the EP instance.

Any idea?

Can you paste the error here . Usually a second restart fixes it.

I am pretty sure that Your collection renderer is not error free

I am facing similar issues very often when deploying flex ui components.

It would be a good help to see the KM log.

You can examine it via the administrator tool of the

j2ee engine.

Hi,

the CR I've implemented is quite simple. It was deployed in another system (>SP12) and it was working fine. Any other ideas?

Moreover, if the class I'm coding has any error is it common that the KM doesn't start up (thus disabling the other developers to work) till I remove the component and start the cluster again?
