Issue while customizing Ajax framework LShape API : EPCM.getSAPTop().LSAPI not working in 7.3

Hi Experts,

I am using EP7.3 and trying to create custom framework page using Lshape API. I got the details from http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/70bfe58d-1ed9-2d10-42b6-821d62777d6f?QuickLink=index&overridelayout=true&50599009721255 document.

But when I am trying to execute the complete application its only showing changes in Masthead area. Navigation trees are not available.

From the script error we found "EPCM.getSAPTop().LSAPI.AFPPlugin.model.getNavigationSubTree(null, drawTree, sapTreeEl);" code is not working.

It is showing error as EPCM.getSAPTop().LSAPI is null or not available. due to this navigation trees are not showing.

Can anyone please help me on this issue.

Thanks & Regards,

Sambaran Chakarborty

    Hi,

    Please call your initTree() function like this

    function start(){

    EPCM.subscribeEventReliable('urn:com.sapportals:navigation', 'AFPisLoaded',function _afpLoaded(){

    initTree();

    });

    }
