Missing /BOFU/BASIS_APPLICATION_LOG in SAP NETWEAVER 7.5

I would like to use the /BOFU/BASIS_APPLICATION_LOG object, but cannot find it.

We have the following components installed:

What are the prerequisites for the BOPF reusable objects?
