Moving Crystal Reports XI to a new server

I have Crystal Reports XI that I need to move to another server. I have a "non-expiring code" but when I put it in I get the error the code is not valid or has expired.

How can I get this installed on the new server?

Also will version XI install on Windows 2008 x64?
