Moving Crystal Reports XI to a new server

I have Crystal Reports XI that I need to move to another server. I have a "non-expiring code" but when I put it in I get the error the code is not valid or has expired.

How can I get this installed on the new server?

Also will version XI install on Windows 2008 x64?

not too sure this is the right place it has tended to be design issues not installation issues, however I can't find a better space for it.
