How to find this place?

Hi experts,

I am a little bit confused, that I cannot find this place using the top navigation like 'Solutions' --> 'Business Analytics' --> 'Business Intelligence' --> 'BI Dashboards'. Where do I have to go to get 'SAP Business Explorer (SAP BEx)', without the need of directly calling the link?
