Hi All,
Can we use BAPI's for a Purchase Order Interface (with out IDocs) which sends data from SAP to an external system ?
Thanks & Regards,
Srikanth P..
Hi,
Thanks for your quick reponse,
We used one RFC ID to matain connection SAP & an external system.
While testing RFC/BAPI in SE37 , we are having a field called target system to mention target system details.
When ever mentioned target system details in that field (RFC Destination Value), it doesn't return any value in tables. And external was able to receive the data which we mentioned in import parameters.
So we would like to know whether we can send BAPU table/ Export data to send an external system?
Regards,
Srikanth P.

Hi,
BAPI is only used for processing some data which is available aleready (received from idoc, xml etc)
You can not use Bapi to send some data for any outbound process.
If the receiving system is also SAP, then you can check if there is any suitable bapi available there to process the transferred data.
