Issue when settling WBS to AuC

Hello All,

I am getting an error when settling the WBS to AUC (Investment project). I have booked cost via
activity confirmation (rate defined in KP26 and cost element ZZZ).
When defining activity type (to be used in KP26) i can assign only secondary cost element, now when i run
settlement run i get an error message "G/L account ZZZ" does not exist, but i cannot create G/L account
corresponding to a Secondary cost element??

Any pointers to address this will be really helpful

hi

check whether you have created the XXX as cost element also and also mentioned in the cost element group for settlement

Yes ZZZ is created as cost element in the system, and this is also added in the cost element group for settlement.

Thank you for the so swift response.

No G/L account is not created, as we cannot create a G/L account corresponding to a secondary cost element. And in the activity type we cannot assign Primary cost element.

Check out allocation structure in this project. Maybe there is additional cost element for settlement

It worked when i modified Allocation structure in OKO6.
