Value of NOPOS Field in 2lis_03_bf is 1 00

When I extract data from SAP standard datasource 2lis_03_bf to BW , I got a issue.

The message shows:

Error 'The argument '1 00' cannot be interpreted as a number' on assignment field NOPOS record 8389 value 1 00

How this value got populated?
How can I fix it?
