SAP NW 7.3 Installation error at phase 30

Hi Friends,

I badly stuck here past two days, I need your expertise advice. Please help. The below is the installation error at Phase 30. Let me know me if you need more details.

Error log form the : C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\NW73\INSTALL\DEVSYSTEM\log\dc_log , says:

End of stream is reached unexpectedly during input from Socket[addr=/192.168.2.16,port=50004,localport=60873]. Check if the host and port specified are correct and AS Java is up and running.
