Hi,

We are on EA-PS 60506.

Anybody who has configured ADB(Average Daily Balance) in ECC6.0, EhP 5? If yes can you please guide me? A config guide would be helpful.

Hello,

The following steps outline what you need to do:

1. Switch on business function PSM_FA_CASH

2. Configure PSM Fund Account (basically it is just NewGL with Fund and other FM objects as split charicteristics).

3. Configure Average Daily Cash Balance:

4. Switch on business fuction PSM_FA_CI_2 if you want to use SAP standard cash flow reports

We created daily cash flow reports several years back when New GL and PSM Cash Based Accounting were not available. SAP did give us Split Ledger, (an earlier form of New GL) as solution. It is not perfect. I have been trying to persuade my business owner to adopt the above standard solution.
