RSLDAPSYNC_USER Problem

Hello,

i want to synchronize Users with ADS. The Export from User store into the ADS runs perfect. If i want to synchronize changes, made in the ADS, into the SAP user store the following error occurs:

Error writing object into the directory

LDAP_Update error

LDAP-Server cannot handle this operation

What can be the error with it? The Importing or exporting of the user runs but the error occurs if the user exists in both ADS and User store.
