Issues while importing track

Hi,

While trying to import track, I am getting the following errors.

Built server,DTR server,Name server unreachable.

What is the reason for such errors? What is the solution?

Teena,

Check the following:

Windows-> Preference-> Java Development Infrastructure->Development configuration pool-> Url

Windows-> Preference->Team-> DTR->Connection Settings-> Check the dtr client name in the drop down.

Make sure the path is correct at both the places or else the reason would be authorisation failure.

Contact basis consultants in that case.

Hi,

Unreachable means the port is not opened.

Check the ip and the message server port are available for use.

first find what server address of dtr, cbs.. are configured at nwdi
try to ping those address to see if you can make it.
