KE30 report showing old data.

Dear All,

I have created a report and a form, it was showing the correct data 2 days ago, meanwhile i changed the form and added few more fields, and run the KE27, now when i run the same report in KE30 its showing me the data 2 days back instead of the current data, i have checked in KE24 it has the lasted documents with all correct and latest values in all value fields.

I have tried KEMO and KE39 for reorganising and regenerating the same report but to no success.

Please help me out.

Go  to KE30, right-clock on the report and select "New Selection".

This way the report is run again with the new data. Do not save the data when exiting the report - there is a prompt asking you if you want to.

Thanks a lot Ivan, there was a prob with my form, actually i copied it, but now created a brand new form, and it is finally fixed.

Kindly use transaction KEMO to regenerate the report which will correct this issue.

Hi,

in KE32 for the given report, check the performance settings in "Options", is "display current data" ticked?

Another thing is: did you use the "save data" functionality when you've executed the report 2 days ago? If you run the report again with the same selection criteria you are asked if you want to view the "saved data" or "current data".
