PO approval details

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a table or a transaction where I can see, for each Purchase Order, the user name of the person/people who approved it and the dates.

I know that I can see, in each PO, these data in Environment > Header Changes but I need to have these details for a list of PO's.

Hi,

I am afraid there is no standard report availalbe for the functionality
you require on Standard R/3

The different release dates for order and requisition can only be
tracked in the change history of the header. Here you can see the
release dates and the users. These changes are saved in table CDHDR.
Field CDHDR-OBJECTID can be used to search for the purchasing document
number.

I tried to use the table CDHDR but it's very very slow to extract data.

Any other way to have these information?

i dont think this data is stored in any tables, it is derived on the fly

you can do a test, open an already released PO , note the release code and strategy. now go to configuration and change the release code. when you reopen the po you will find the new code, with approved status.
