Button Activation in Display Taxes as shown in attachment in PO

Dear Experts,

I have requirement from Client to activate the Next button, Previous button i.e. all 4 buttons we see in Display Taxes Screen in PO, i.e. In Invoice tab at item level of PO, when we click on Taxes button, New Screen appears of Display Taxes, there we can find the 4 buttons just below Display Taxes header, I have searched a lot but did not find any relevat reply, Need Experts opinion regarding this, Any Note will be also helpful.Please look at attachment for the requirement,

I think this is not possible, Check with your BASIS or ABAP guys if they can help you,

So you mean to say it is not possible, But in SD this functionality is available in our system, So why not for MM PO's?

Yes it is in SD but not in MM I checking it since long back not success yet

If it cannot be activated then is there any way to remove this buttons from that screen, so that Users will not ask for that functionality, Why SAP has provided unusable buttons on that screen, Can you throw some light as per earlier checks?
