QM - Action Box: Notification in reference to another notification not created

Hello,

I can't create a notification in reference to another notification in the action box. See IMG => QM => Quality Notification => Notification Processing => Additional Notification Functions => Define Action Box => Define Functions for the Action Box

(FM QM06_FM_TASK_CREATE_QM_NOTIFIC)

It works in other system

I have setup SWU3

Any idea?
