Naive to Netweaver

I am a Java J2EE developer with enough experiance in java,planning to migrate to SAP Netweaver.

Can anyone please give me some advice where and how to start?

I currently downloaded the trial version of web application server 6.40 and Studio 2.04(I believe) and started to play around.

Is there a free download for EP?

Any references to downloads and materials would be greatly appreciated.
