Hi Sridhar,
select to see your own threads by selecting your name then 'Content' -> 'Discussions' and from the left hand side of the page - the 'Authored' option
Alternatively use the url

Hi Sridhar,
To close a question raised by you, you can select the option provided under your question "mark as assumed answer"
below is a screenshot for reference
To view questions posted by others in a forum, go to your Forum->click on Content Tab->Go to Discussions.

When you click on discussions you will find questions posted by users in Forum, click on the question you would like to give an answer to and click on Reply.

Hello Sridhar,
You can assign the points to the questions/discussions. When a contriutor answers to the question posted by you, then you will have 3 options to reward points.
When a contributor answers the question posted by you, you will get the below options which are available right below the posted answer.
For the questions posted by you, you can
In case the question/discussion is posted by someone other than you, and you like the answer posted by a Contributor, then you can reward the Contributor by clicking on the "Like" button.
Note: To a question posted by you, you can only reward "Correct Answer" once, but "Helpful Answer" and "Likes" can be rewarded to different contributors multiple times
