Hi,
First of all add some space to PSAPUNDO.
then try to start the database. once DB is up start sap and java instances.
paste the errors if you face errors still after adding space to PSAPUNDO.

DB problem.
- Check the env variable setting, i.e dbms_type (Note 556232 for windows ), check dboraslib.dll being loaded correctly, etc
- Try extend the tablespace for PSAPUNDO via BRTools

Hi,
DB is down, you need to check the trans log.
ORA 1652 in the alert logs we normally get when we are executing some large sql query, this is not needed here.
since your are getting connection failure error make sure you are using sid adm to start the system.
can you paste the trans log.
