I have a few hundred reports developed with Crysal 2008 SP3 and need to host them on Sharepoint 2010.
Is there a webpart available from SAP to view these reports? Are the some instructions on prereqs that the SP server will need? Any direction would be greatly appreciated. I've looked online and came across a 2007 webpart but we could not get it to work on SP2010.
Thanks,
Phil
Hi Phil,
CR 2008 does not integrate with Sharepoint and is not supported.
However, you can develop a CR.NET app and deploy it on the sharepoint server.

I am going to try to create a web part in VS2010 to be used on SP 2010 and then upgrade my 08 reports. SO far I ave downloaded 300meg Crystal for VS package and have begun working on creating a Visual Web Part with the CR RPT viewer control added. Is there any documentation on this control? Right now I am curious as to how I pass a report to it and not a static link.
I would recommend these 2 links:
http://help.sap.com/bocrvs2010/ (Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010)
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/Crystal+Reports+for+.NET+SDK+Samples
Most of the samples would still be valid
Hope this helps
