OSS notes

Hi,

I wanted to access the OSS notes how do I do that ?

    You will need your "S" number and password.

    Go to the website service.sap.com. There under the 'SAP Support Portal' you will find 'SAP notes search' under 'Quick Links'.

    This is the best way to go because I think this portal is hosted on multiple servers and there is a load balancing server that will distribute the load appropriately, rather than going through a fixed servername.

    You need a S number as suggested by Rich.

    In many cases, OSS is also configured to be accessed through R/3 itself and if it is configured then you can access it through the transaction OSS1. You need to be in the client that is configured to talk to OSS.
