Integrating Ticketing system with SBO

Hi!

I have to figure out some way of integrating a ticketing system with SAP Business One mainly for billing purpose. The ticketing system has a MS SQL database at the backend. I have no clue about where to begin. How do I use the SAP SDK for the same? Does software for this already exist and is it available? Can anyone help?
