I am not able to see my source & target data after clicking on view data magnifying glass.When i used to click on magnifying glass it disapperas...i refreshed it again & again but it was not worked out..is there any other way to see the data..?Help me

Make sure you have connectivity from the workstation hosting the Designer and the location of the Excel source and database hosting the target table, the view data magnifying glass will disappear if the Designer client cannot access the data.

Hi clint,

Thanks for your reply...i checked connectivity its not a problem, when i tried to see the data from local object library its not working from their also....i am able to run my job very smoothly  there is no error also ,But i am not able to see the data in designer...i am thinking is there any dll file missing while installation???? can u please help me...

It should not happen. Are you in debug mode?

You can see date by right clicking the file and view data. If it is a table, then go to datastore and right click the table > view data.

For flat files, go to project library and click the file format, open to see your flat file and right click > view data on the file.

Hi,

Can you check the AL_MACHINE_INFO to see if you have database entry?

Also have you missed any OCX/DLL files during the installation process?
