Modeling in BW

Hello BW friends,

Is data modeling in BW different from the normal modeling(ODS objects,PSA, infoobject, info source etc)

In help.sap.com Modeling means ODS objects,PSA, infoobject, info source etc.

So how is data modeling different from this modeling.Is there any document on Data modeling
