External Link to an OrgChart

Hello,

We have a situation in our customer... They want access througth their portal (SharePoint) to an specific OrgChart in Nakisa application... I'll try to explain the requirement:

1) Througth a portal link, (for example "Italy OrgChart"), they want to see the organizational structural of Italy in Nakisa application. There will be several link in their portal:

.- Holland OrgChart

.- Spain OrgChart

.- France OrgChart

....

All those links must opens the Nakisa application and show its corresponding OrgChart (like the Italy example).

I have not idea how to do this... could some one give any ideas..
