Use of ContentCreationUtils

Hi Experts,

We have a situation here in which, we have accidentally deleted a component "ContentCreationUtils" from System Administration -> Support-> Support Desk -> Administration Console -> and the pressing the button clean.

Please suggest how to recover it. Also please suggest the use of this component and the impact of the deletion.
