Course Appraisal-Right scale is not displayed after upload

Hi

I have uploaded the appraisal category and the template from one client to another (same instance). I have transported the appraisal scale prior to loading the appraisal.

However the appraisal is displayed a different scale.

I have verified the table V_T77SK and the scale was available on this table.

Please can you let me know why the correct scale is not displayed against the appraisal template or the Appraisal category (value list)
