Organize Queries OWL Advanced List Pane

Former Member

Hi,

I wonder if it is possible to make the buttons "Save Query" and "Organize Queries" available for a FindForm of an Advanced List Pane.

Best regards

Yes it is. You have to add a stable anchor to the query. However, as far as I know this does not work with the standard QueryByElements query. You will need at least one further query (defined at the BO).

Hi Daniel,

after adding a stable anchor to the query the buttons "organize queries" and "save query" are visible. But while "organize queries" works fine "save query" shows no effect, so an edited query cannot be saved.

Do you have any idea about it?

To make "Save Query" work a stable anchor for the Default Set in the DefaultSet Mapping of the Advanced List Pane has to be added.

Hi,

I have created a custom BO.

Then I have created an overview query based on the QueryByElements of my root custom BO.

I have added this query in a OWL.

=> The OWL works perfect.

I have created a anchor via :

- Select the "AdvancedListPane : ObjectWorkList"

- Configure the DefautSetMapping

- add an anchor

- save and activate the OWL

But there is still no Organize and Save query button.

What do I miss ?

Thanks.

Hi Charles,

did you also add a stable anchor to the query? You describe the anchor creation for the default set only.
