Reminder Emails going to junk folder

Hi All,

I am facing one issue in reminder notification setup for User Access Review (UAR) process. When i run reminder job, mails are getting routed to Junk folder in outlook.

I tried without adding URL of GRC system but still facing the same issue. Adding HTML HREF tags as suggested in some of the blogs is also not working.

Any inputs for the same?

Please note that my system is GRC 10.0 Sp14.

are you certain that this is a fault on the sending part and not a wrong setting in the junk filter on the receiving part?

Thanks for your reply!

I tried options given in your document such as Never block sender but still the issue persists. Actually emails are going to Deleted items folder now (not in junk folder).

Any other thing to check on application level?
