How can I manually patch the SAPJVM?

Hello All,

Vi ha new stallation of sap portal 7.3. Whwn I try to logon JSPM I get error:

Error details: Cannot check user and password. Could not authenticate the given user with AS Java. Check that user and password are correct. com.sap.engine.services.dc.api.AuthenticationException: [ERROR CODE DPL.DCAPI.1148] Could not establish connection to AS Java on [PORNT3:50104]. Cannot authenticate the user. Wrong or missing security credentials

(password) for principal [po1adm], or the specified principal has no permissions to perform JNDI related operations.

I Have windows 2008 for os.

I do logon on my portal with <sid>user and password. But I ger error when I try run JSPM.

I have find out there is error on JVM NW 7.3.

Any Idea how can I how can I o manually patch the SAPJVM?

I did download the latest SAPJVM from SMP have tried this:

"Without JSPM I patched the SAPJVM manually by replacing the sapjvm folder under jspm.

But I still have the same problem.

Dear Ejersbo

SAP does not recommend manually patching of SAP JVM. You should patch sap jvm through jspm only. Please refer sdn thread for pointers for solution.

I did solve my problem with manually patching of SAP JVM,

I had problem with SAP JVM, so JSPM not works corrupt SAP JVM. After I manually patched SAP JVM.

I can use JSPM.
